1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using R Player, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application or related services.
2. Purpose of R Player
R Player is a general-purpose media player that plays compatible local media files and media URLs supplied directly by the user. R Player does not provide, host, upload, index, sell, recommend, or distribute movies, television channels, playlists, or other third-party media content.
3. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for every file, URL, stream, title, and other item you enter or open through R Player. You must ensure that you own the content or have all permissions, licenses, and legal rights required to access and play it.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use R Player to:
- Access or play copyright-protected material without authorization.
- Violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to damage, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the application or its services, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Third-party content and links
R Player may open user-provided URLs and may contain links to third-party services such as Google Play, Google advertising services, or payment providers. R Media does not control third-party content, availability, security, legality, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
6. Advertising and ad-free access
The free version of R Player may display advertisements. An optional paid plan may remove advertisements for the stated activation period. Payment details, duration, renewal status, eligibility, and refund conditions shown at checkout form part of the purchase terms.
An ad-free purchase does not grant ownership of the app, media rights, access to content, or any service beyond removal of advertisements for the applicable period.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature of R Player at any time. We do not guarantee that every device, media URL, codec, format, server, or third-party source will remain compatible or available.
8. No warranty
R Player is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, media compatibility, availability, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R Media is not liable for losses or damages resulting from misuse of R Player, unavailable or unlawful user-provided content, data loss, interrupted playback, third-party services, device incompatibility, or unauthorized access to media.
10. Termination
You may stop using R Player at any time. We may restrict access to related services where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law. Add your official business contact details to this section before publishing if you intend to accept payments through the website.
